Good stay but some quirks

We had a nice stay for 4 nights! The room was super clean and comfy. The restaurant was cool, perfect for grabbing a bite, but the front desk staff were kind of all over the place—no smiles or clear directions. Plus, the keys kept messing up on us. Not cool for this price.

The guest room was comfortable and the staff were generally friendly, which made for a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. However, twice the electricity in the room went out unexpectedly, which was quickly resolved but not something I anticipated at this price point. Additionally, it was often difficult to reach reception, indicating the hotel might be understaffed. A standout feature was the authentic Italian pizza available nearby, providing a nice dining option.

The check-in process went smoothly, thanks to an efficient and polite staff member. The room looked exceptionally nice. However, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and took time to resolve. The pool water felt cold during my swim, which was disappointing. I expected daily towel changes, but they only replaced them when requested. While I appreciate having a Starbucks, the quality didn’t meet expectations, and I was frustrated waiting while a staff member made coffee for another guest. The electricity in the room went out twice, which was a major inconvenience. I think the hotel should focus on better staff training and maintenance to improve the experience.

My kids wished the pool had warmer water. I noticed they had to come out quickly because it was pretty chilly for them.
